Answers about our Sierra Chart tools, packages and subscriptions.
What do I need to use the tools?
You need a Sierra Chart installation with an active data feed. A standard data feed is enough for Free and Pro; for full volume and delta functionality we recommend a Level 2 feed (e.g. Rithmic or Denali).
Elite has additional requirements, see the heatmap question below.
Which package is right for me?
Free: the HTF chartbook for ES and MNQ to try things out, using native Sierra Chart studies only.
Pro: the complete HTF, MTF and LTF chartbooks plus our own GizerLabs studies.
Elite: everything in Pro plus our custom orderflow heatmap with bubbles and iceberg detection.

Which markets are the chartbooks built for?
Our chartbooks are set up for the ES and MNQ futures – the markets we trade ourselves every day.
How do I get the tools after purchase?
After purchasing through Digistore24, you’ll be redirected to a page where you activate the studies for your Sierra Chart account. They are then available in Sierra Chart.
How do I get updates?
New chartbooks and study updates are delivered automatically through Sierra Chart’s distribution system. No manual downloads needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions have no minimum term and can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation is handled by Digistore24 – you’ll find the link in your order confirmation email.
Monthly or yearly – what’s the difference?
The content is identical. With the yearly plan you only pay for 10 months instead of 12, so you save 2 months.
Why is no VAT charged?
GizerLabs is a small business under § 19 UStG (German small business regulation). No VAT is charged, and the prices shown are final prices.
What do I need for the heatmap?
The heatmap requires an active Level 2 data feed with live Market Depth (e.g. Rithmic or Denali) and a Sierra Chart service package with Advanced features enabled.
The data feed is not included in the Elite subscription and must be active on your own Sierra Chart account.
Why is my heatmap empty or only partly filled?
The heatmap displays recorded market depth. Check that market depth recording is enabled in Sierra Chart’s Symbol Settings.
With Denali you can download historical market depth data for an immediately filled heatmap. With other feeds, the history builds up over time as you record.
